Early Morning Preparations
Early in the morning, our students woke up with excitement for the day ahead. The girls who stayed with our female teachers had the wonderful opportunity to take pictures with the teachers and our school bursar, Sister Mary Nzunda. Meanwhile, the boys got to experience an exciting photoshoot in a safari vehicle, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
After a hearty breakfast, we prepared to start our journey to Genesis Park, filled with anticipation for the amazing hospitality and educational experiences that awaited us.

Amazing Hospitality at Genesis Park
We were welcomed with AMAZING HOSPITALITY from the tour guides at Genesis Park. There were two professional guides who would make our day truly memorable: Mr. Laiton Deivasslo Joseph, a professional tour guide with over 2 years of experience from Serengeti National Park and other renowned places, and Mr. Arnold, who is not only a tour guide but also a true friend to animals with extensive knowledge about crocodiles and turtles.

Learning About Snakes with Mr. Laiton
Mr. Laiton gave us a comprehensive class concerning different types of snakes, the effects of poisons from snakes, and other snakes that use their muscles to kill their prey. This educational session was both informative and eye-opening for our students.

We continued exploring the animals, including observing the male crocodile and learning about their behavior and habitat requirements.

We then went on to learn about turtles with Mr. Arnold. The students were able to hold turtles and experience in real life by feeding them, creating unforgettable memories and a deeper connection with these gentle creatures.

Overcoming Fears with Snakes
The students continued taking pictures with a non-poisonous snake. Some were afraid at the start, but they managed to stay still and take the picture, showing great courage and determination.

Conclusion
After the amazing tour which took almost the whole day, we returned early so the students could have lunch and rest, waiting for the adventure to Mikumi National Park tomorrow. The day at Genesis Park had been nothing short of extraordinary, filled with learning, discovery, and unforgettable experiences.
Our students had the incredible opportunity to learn from two professional guides - Mr. Laiton Deivasslo Joseph with his extensive experience from Serengeti National Park, and Mr. Arnold, the true friend of animals with his deep knowledge of crocodiles and turtles. Their expertise and passion for wildlife education made our visit truly special.
The hands-on experiences with snakes, crocodiles, and turtles had transformed our students' understanding of these often misunderstood creatures. Genesis Park had provided the perfect foundation for our educational journey, and we were excited to continue exploring the natural wonders of our beautiful country.
Tomorrow would bring new adventures as we headed toward Mikumi National Park, but the foundation of wildlife awareness and appreciation that Genesis Park had built would remain with us throughout the rest of our journey and beyond.
